You're the meeting host
If you're the meeting host simply add vc.mkboardroom@kinu.ca to your Google Meet. You can do this two ways. Through Google Calendar or with Google Meet
Adding vc.mkboardroom@kinu.ca in Google Calendar
Go the the VC unit and click "Join"
Reminder: Mute and turn your volume off on your computer before joining!
